1. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and taking a feature from idea to production
2. Must care deeply about the details but understand when trade-offs need to be made
3. Must have worked on at least two projects using MERN stack
4. Must be curious about the problems you're solving and enjoy learning things outside your scope
5. Must be a great communicator and collaborator
6. Must be comfortable with regularly providing feedback and open to receiving feedback
7. Must love working with a small (yet mighty) team
