This is a full-time on-site role for a relationship executive at the Anukalpvriksha Foundation located in Jaipur
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and developing relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
2. Fundraising, organizing events, and providing excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Experience in fundraising and relationship management
3. Event planning and coordination skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7. Knowledge of the non-profit sector is a plus

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10 per sale).
