About the internship
At One for One Foundation, we embody the spirit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's words, creating ripples of change by collecting contributions from individuals and organizations. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for everyone, especially those facing profound hardships.
Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibility:
1. Find donors in-person on a daily basis at key locations malls, business buildings, events, in the streets, metro stations, colleges, etc.
2. Explain to donors about our NGO and its mission to raise funds .
3. Target oriented: Collect fund Rs365/person (not more than Rs365/person) from at least 10 people a day.
4. It is a flexible opportunity. You can work at your convenient time and place.
5. Resolve donor's queries, and implement creative strategies to engage donors and foster long-term relationships with them.
6. As a fundraising executive, you need to be an effective part of a team with the overriding aim of maximizing donations.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20 per sale).

One for One Foundation, which was established in 2019. I founded this organization with the vision to meet the needs of the underprivileged by just Rs1 a day, implying we can facilitate the betterment of humanity without any inconvenience to our lives. I intend to change the perception about the very rupee that we often let go in stores with ease. I want everyone to realize that even a penny of your hard-earned money can create a significant change in the lives of the underprivileged. The NGO's work is proof that our little efforts collectively can materialize a seemingly impossible idea.
