About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with multi-disciplined teams including producers, artists, programmers, marketing, and other leads to drive the team's understanding of the project's vision
2. Develop and maintain level design documentation, including but not limited to mechanics, guidelines, and gameplay outlines
3. Coordinate with leads to ensure that level design documentation and implementation are realistic and remain on schedule
4. Participate in regular, hands-on interaction with producers and software engineers to ensure that the concepts and content of assigned games meet design requirements

Added requirements

1. Very good illustration and storytelling skills with an eye for perspective, color, lighting, mood, and composition

2. Good sense of form, shape, silhouette, scale, and surface materials

3. Ability to drive any environment sketch to photorealistic illustration

4. Strong use of research and reference material in support of idea generation and problem-solving

5. Knowledge of basic 3D software packages

6. Extensive experience employing 3D techniques in a concept workflow is an advantage

7. Familiar with gamification and gamified app

8. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

9. Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
