About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing decision-making games to test the psychology and behavioural aspects of candidates applying for corporate jobs
2. Creating customized virtual simulation scenario games that replicate client workplaces
3. Coordinating with the HR team to convert behavioural testing concepts into games through game development
4. Blending with the work culture of WorkLinkr and understanding the larger scope of progressing the applicant's gaming data as a valuable input to build artificial intelligence
