About the internship
Role Overview:
As a Management Intern, you will be placed based on your skills in one of the various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Finance, HR, Logistics, and E-commerce Operations & Sales. You will gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and contribute to the company's strategic goals while preparing for future leadership roles.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects across various departments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, challenges, and operational goals.
3. Participate in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
4. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance productivity, customer experience, and business growth.
5. Shadow senior managers to gain insights into leadership roles and company strategies.
6. Learn and execute company policies, procedures, and operational systems.
7. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
8. Evaluate industry trends to identify potential opportunities for product development and expansion.
9. Stay updated on advancements in technology, consumer electronics, and emerging markets.

Other requirements
1. Recent graduates/final semester graduates (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Business
Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for consumer electronics and eagerness to learn.
6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
7. Speaking proficiency in Hindi language is a plus.
