1. Sending introduction letter and company profile to new customers
2. Coordinating with sales engineers and keep records of their weekly plans, visit reports, sales targets, and provide technical and commercial support from office
3. Preparing sales reports on weekly and monthly basis
4. Sending offers and following up with customers and informing sales people (visit, if required) and converting offers into actual sales
5. Assisting in client relationship management
6. Handling others duties assigned as & when required
