Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all learning and development programs within an organization
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify learning and development requirements of individuals and organizations
2. Gather and research background materials to build knowledge
3. Design, plan, schedule, and facilitate adult learning programs, workshops, demonstrations, and conferences, both online and in-person
4. Coordinate offsite events related to learning and development
5. Schedule feedback/development planning sessions, planning meetings, and briefing sessions for L&D programs
