Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
We have a very strong culture of converting interns to a full-time role. Generally, we hire only those interns, who we believe are trainable to become full-timers.
We are only looking for smart people. If the candidate has learning abilities he or she can grow from 1X - 5X in a period of 1 year in Ichelon. Mediocrity has no place in Ichelon. The candidates appearing for interviews must have strong SEO fundamentals. A candidate who has done a course in Digital Marketing from some online/offline institute is more preferred.
