1. Create designs for both online and offline channels - social media, posters, banner designs, emails, icons and more
2. Cope with the fast-paced work culture, we make quick decisions and are even quicker to execute them
3. Take risks with creativity, creative freedom is available and crazy ideas that challenge the ordinary excite us, of course, we must make peace with our design demons - the brand guidelines and timelines
4. Understand business needs & develop a graphic concept of it or you better have a magic wand which will do the same for you!
5. Be curious and do a lot of research on new technologies and emerging trends in design and implement them at work
