1. Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelors or masters degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in visual communication, branding, and digital design.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
4. Good eye for color, typography, and layout composition.
5. A basic understanding of design principles and their application across various media.
6. Familiarity with digital design tools and workflows.
7. Creativity and ability to conceptualize original design ideas.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, creative setting.
10. Attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
11. Willingness to take on diverse design projects and learn new design software as needed.
12. Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
13. Enthusiasm for learning about various design applications, particularly in digital media and print.
14. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback on design work.
15. Basic knowledge of design for social media platforms and digital marketing materials.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per performance).
