Graphic Design Internship

Experience:

1. degree in design from an accredited college or university-well-versed with the latest design tools

2. Interest in a fast-growing startup

3. Design-led thinking for achieving campaign goals

4. Some experience in UI & UX is an add-on

Requirements:

1. An action-oriented person with a flair for good and minimalist design

2. Understands graphic design for startups

3. Some experience with email newsletters

4. Experience in creating videos for social media & promotions; willingness to take ownership of the tasks at hand

6. Quick delivery of collateral

7. Should possess good team management skills

8. Competent in Adobe Suite ( XD, After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), proficient in graphic skills including gifs and other motion graphics and eager to learn new softwares.

9. Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills.

The candidate should be a learning expert who is creative, analytical and able to coordinate a small team working on the same project.

I am also adding a basic Assignment which was shared with me when I joined and is well articulated for a basic design test, but you can still make some changes according to current company requirements
