Dil Foods, part of Nutnbolt Solutions, is a chain of internet brands. We are a virtual brand curator of Indian regional food. We're creating a house of cuisines providing quality, reach, operational & technical springboard to our food-preneur partners under the Dil brand. The biggest strength in the Indian cuisine market is also its biggest weakness - diversity. Making good food is an art, while running a business on top of it with operations, quality, marketing, and TG identification, isn't. The business side of running a successful food venture requires years of trial-and-error, informed insights, and quantitative judgment and an artist is generally not apt for/inclined towards these skill sets.

That's why 100,000+ food-preneurs fail within the first year of operation. They're juggling things that are outside their skill sets and fail on one or multiple fronts.
