We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team at The Kabadiwala. As a graphic designer intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and conveying our message effectively to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing teams to create visually appealing designs that resonate with our services and brands.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and create visuals
3. Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts for new design projects, ensuring they meet the goals of the project and resonate with the target audience
4. Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from team members and make necessary revisions to designs
5. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative

1. Pursuing or recently completing a bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and design skills.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. A passion for sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus.
