1. Designing & making documents/reports published by the institute to make them more engaging, informative for the digital domain.
2. Coming up with new ideas around the visual presentation and graphic details of the design aspect for a project to make it more appealing.
3. Helping in designing text and visual content for documents, social media posts, and web pages
4. Contributing to and maintaining style guides/online design libraries to accompany final project deliverables.
5. Working on feedback & delivering the best final export.
6. Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
7. Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
8. Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
9. Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO).
10. Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.

Institute For Governance, Policies & Politics (IGPP) is a think tank initiative of the Vivek Manthana Foundation (VMF) dedicated to public policy research and analysis. IGPP hopes to play a critical role in the governance and policy arena at the local and national levels. It intends to develop initiatives to help the government understand various issues and challenges and make informed choices for better policy and governance. IGPP is envisaged as a research and policy-focused institution that engages with different stakeholders like academics, civil society, government, industry, and international development agencies to pursue its objective of high-quality interdisciplinary research on different issues of governance and public policy. These multiple engagements are intended to develop the interdisciplinary approach that is the hallmark of our research.
