About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print media, including brochures, social media graphics, and web banners
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for campaigns and promotions
3. Maintaining brand consistency across all design projects and ensuring adherence to guidelines
4. Creating and editing visual content for the website, email newsletters, and other digital platforms
5. Staying up-to-date with design trends and tools to continuously improve skills and output
6. Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
7. Presenting design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per month).
