Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead the Tata 1mg private label portfolio, taking complete ownership of designing content for the private label portfolio
2. Design content pieces including A+ content, video and image banners, brochures, and other merchandising assets
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies
4. Analyze new opportunities for expansion
5. Understand customer preferences and design content for the private label portfolio
6. Ensure standardization of content across platforms for brand story and ease of customer discovery
7. Focus on growth, expanding into new segments, and taking complete ownership to drive the expansion
8. Work with a design agency to develop social media and e-commerce content

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, etc.
2. Experience in a fast-paced environment or start-up is a plus
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Strong bias for action and creating impact
5. Experience in working in cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects
