1. Understand the brand requirements, target audience, and desired impact for campaigns
2. Work with the content and communications team to conceptualize visuals based on requirements for ad campaigns, events, branding, etc.
3. Create images and layouts by hand or using design software for all agency-like design work such as social media, digital ads, collaterals, brochures, ATL/BTL, pamphlets, posters, push marketing, etc.
4. Optimize designs based on size constraints and the impact of various media
5. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
6. Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs
7. Be open to giving and taking feedback and tweak designs based on it
