Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, and website
2. Assist in video editing and production for various projects
3. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop new ideas
4. Design user interfaces and user experiences for software applications
5. Work on photo editing and enhancement using Photoshop
6. Support the marketing team with any design-related tasks or projects
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (30% of based on performamce).
