We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to enhance our brand's visual communication and support our marketing efforts at Rorosaur. As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to produce compelling visuals for social media, our website, and various marketing campaigns. This role involves designing engaging infographics, crafting eye-catching social media posts, and developing promotional materials that align seamlessly with our brand guidelines. You will also contribute to the creation of visual content for email campaigns and advertisements, ensuring consistency and visual appeal across all platforms. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Social Media Content Creation:
1. Design engaging social media graphics and templates that align with Rorosaur's brand identity and marketing goals.
2. Develop visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
3. Create animated graphics and short videos to enhance social media engagement.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative social media campaign ideas.
5. Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.
6. Analyze the performance of social media graphics and iterate on designs to improve engagement.
b. Marketing Collateral Design:
1. Design brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for print and digital distribution.
2. Create visually compelling email templates for marketing campaigns and newsletters.
3. Assist in the design of website banners and graphics to promote Rorosaur's products.
4. Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing collateral concepts.
6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
c. Visual Brand Management:
1. Maintain and update brand style guides to ensure consistency in visual communication.
2. Oversee the visual elements of Rorosaur's brand across all platforms and touchpoints.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual branding strategies.
4. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and values.
5. Conduct regular audits of visual assets to identify areas for improvement and consistency.
6. Provide guidance and support to other departments on visual branding best practices.
d. Digital Design and Image Editing:
1. Proficiently use Adobe Photoshop to edit and retouch images for marketing materials.
2. Design visually appealing web banners and graphics for digital advertising campaigns.
3. Create infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex information effectively.
4. Ensure all digital designs are optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
5. Collaborate with the web development team to implement design changes on the website.
6. Stay updated with the latest digital design trends and technologies.
e. Collaboration and Communication:
1. Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to the marketing team.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design projects.
3. Provide constructive feedback on design work to improve overall quality.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
5. Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
6. Actively listen to feedback and incorporate suggestions into design revisions.
