Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create high-quality visuals, including banners, social media graphics, ad creatives, and other marketing materials.
2. Ensure all designs align with BlinkAdz's brand identity and aesthetic.
3. Design and refine ad templates for users on the BlinkAdz platform.
4. Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, and design elements.
5. Optimize templates for ease of use by clients.
6. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product team to understand design needs.
7. Revise and improve designs based on feedback.
8. Research ad design trends to keep BlinkAdz's templates modern and engaging.
9. Analyze competitor designs and suggest improvements.
10. Test designs within the platform to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
11. Identify areas where templates or assets could enhance user engagement.
12. Maintain a structured design library with properly labeled assets.
13. Ensure all designs are saved in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG, PSD, etc.) for various use cases.
14. Assist in creating short video ads, GIFs, or motion graphics (if applicable).
15. Suggest design enhancements for the BlinkAdz interface.
16. Support UI/UX designers in minor design-related tasks.
17. Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet daily/weekly deadlines for asset deliveries.
18. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to new ideas.
19. Stay updated with new design tools and techniques to improve skill set.
