Graphic Design Internship

GruWorks is seeking a talented graphic design intern to join our team. As a growth consultancy specializing in various industries, we are looking for a creative individual who can assist us in creating visually compelling designs to support our clients' marketing initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or fresher to gain hands-on experience in graphic design while working on real-world projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for client projects
2. Assisting in the development of marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials
3. Utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts
4. Brainstorming creative ideas and concepts for client campaigns and projects
5. Ensuring consistency in brand identity and visual messaging across all design assets
6. Communicating effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines
7. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Qualifications:

1. Recent graduate or fresher with a degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required
3. Strong creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
