About the internship
As a creative design intern, you'll collaborate with our product development and marketing teams to bring our toys and games to life through visually compelling designs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for board games, puzzles, DIY activity kits, and packaging
2. Develop cohesive visual themes, characters, and storytelling elements tailored to diverse age groups
3. Redesign or refresh existing products based on feedback, market trends, or brand updates
4. Prototype new concepts for game components, puzzle patterns, and activity instructions
5. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, typography, and style
6. Adapt designs for different platforms, including print, digital, and social media
7. Work closely with product managers and developers to translate ideas into actionable designs
8. Incorporate feedback from team members and user testing into iterative improvements
9. Stay updated on design trends, competitor products, and emerging preferences in the toy/game industry
10. Propose fresh, age-appropriate ideas that align with the company's mission

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools
2. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, illustration, or product/packaging projects
3. Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
4. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
5. Passion for toys, games, and creating meaningful play experiences
6. Bonus: Interest in educational/developmental design or experience with 3D modeling
