Requirements:
1. Has proven full time working experience of 0-1 years in graphic design.
2. Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
3. Has a data-driven mindset and a creative heart
4. Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
5. You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
6. You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver
7. Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job description:
1. Work with your fellow designers and assigned copywriters to create new and refreshing designs and creatives on assigned brands.
2. Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (social media, website, e-mailers, offline collaterals, branding, ad creatives, UI/UX, etc).
3. Craft social media posts and creative adapts while assisting senior art directors on daily task.
4. Conduct in-depth research on current social media trends.
5. Perform competitor analysis to identify prevailing design styles and strategies.
6. Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver quality.
