1. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
2. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
3. Strong knowledge of common Adobe applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.
4. In-depth understanding of information design, color psychology, and user psychology
5. Manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and be accountable for work
