1. Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
2. Plan concept by studying information and materials
3. Work on illustrating the concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
4. Work on obtaining approval of concepts by submitting rough layout for approval
5. Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors
6. Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
7. Ensure operations of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
8. Work on following manufacturer s instructions whilst troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment
9. Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
10. Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
11. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per design).
