1. Collaborate with our design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
3. Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
4. Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
5. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
6. Work on keeping yourself updated with the latest changes in the industry s standards, processes, and trends
7. Collaborate with our design team to create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners
8. Design graphics for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
9. Assist in the creation of website graphics such as icons, buttons, and infographics
10. Work within established design guidelines and processes
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
12. Support other design projects as needed
