1. Work on creating visual designs that communicate ideas or messages effectively

4. Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
5. Retouch and edit images
6. Work on designing icons/logos for internal and external campaigns
7. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand their needs for internal communications, employee engagement, and employer brand needs
8. Work on coming up with creative ideas to grow our social media presence
Requirements:
1. Must be proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, video editing software, and Canva
2. Passion for solving complicated problems and making things simple
3. Attention to detail, team player, and a quick learner
