About the work from home job/internship
SnailCreatives. is seeking a talented and creative graphic design interns to join our team. As a graphic design intern, you will work on a wide range of projects and tasks and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with creating design concepts, layouts, and graphics for various projects and campaigns
2. Collaborate with team members to develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals and client needs
3. Edit and refine existing designs and graphics
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions
5. Assist in creating brand guidelines, style guides, and other design-related documentation
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign
2. Excellent eye for design, color, and composition
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills
4. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team
5. Understanding of design principles and techniques
6. Basic knowledge of Video editing is a plus
7. Pursuing a degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field
8. A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative abilities
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and guidelines
10. Passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the industry

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per day interns who consistently exceed their performance targets will be eligible for a performance-based incentive).
