About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating appealing and pixel-perfect visual designs with a clear idea of the brand s ethos and brief while always keeping consumers at front and center
2. Immersing yourself in the process of developing visual designs through research, conceptualization, iterations, and explorations (we value curious minds who are willing to explore to advance their abilities)
3. Ensuring timely completion of deliverables
4. Collaborating with team members and actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions

Added requirements

1. Must have a portfolio demonstrating work in brand & identity design, layouts & composition, packaging design, graphic design, illustration, or a related field of study (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely based on design portfolios)

2. Must have a working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign

3. Must have a knack for effective communication skills and strategies to curate constant engagement amongst our users online and offline

4. Must have documentation skills for synthesizing information from interviews, workshops, and other methods of research
