Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with client goals and brand identity.
2. Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
3. Ensure consistency in design across all projects and platforms.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to design.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prepare and present design drafts to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
7. Work with external vendors to produce high-quality printed materials as needed.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and projects.

1. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
3. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
5. Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
