About the internship
Join as a growth and marketing trainee and work directly with the leadership team on B2B demand generation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a deep understanding of business growth, sales, marketing, and strategic execution. You'll get hands-on mentorship and a chance to drive impact from day one.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and research potential B2B clients, partners, and decision-makers
2. Develop targeted outreach strategies (email marketing, LinkedIn, personalized pitches)
3. Track and analyze conversion metrics to refine demand-generation strategies
4. Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings
5. Draft well-researched and impactful proposals, sales decks, and investment pitches
6. Customize value propositions based on client needs and industry trends
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality business presentations
8. Develop case studies, reports, and documentation to support business growth
9. Work directly with the founder on key projects, business development, and growth initiatives
10. Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
11. Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and decision-making
