Growth Internship

As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth initiatives. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Growth in various business sectors.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' target audience, competitors, market trends, and user behavior to define effective digital growth strategies.
2. Develop and brainstorm growth experimentation strategies and tactics.
3. Continuously measure and optimize all tactics to meet and exceed growth goals.
4. Identify, develop & optimize growth channels and growth loops to drive user growth on The Job Overflow.
5. Track marketing performance and proportion of impact to scale things
6. Design and implement experiments, such as A/B tests, to optimize landing pages, creatives, emails, and other marketing assets.

Requirements:

1. Must have completed or are pursuing bachelor's or master's degree programs.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
3. Previous experience as a growth intern would be additional
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; fluency in English; methodical and analytical thinking.
