About the internship
AppVersal is seeking a growth manager to lead and execute growth initiatives across the company. This role will involve strategizing, developing, and implementing innovative growth ideas to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. You'll be responsible for running and managing growth campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Growth strategy execution:
a. Collaborate with the product, marketing, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
b. Use A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other methodologies to improve key metrics such as activation, engagement, and retention.
2. Data-driven decision-making:
a. Analyze user behavior, app performance metrics, and market trends to inform growth initiatives.
b. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Mix panel, or Amplitude to track and evaluate growth campaigns.
c. Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring KPIs and sharing insights with stakeholders.
3. Cross-functional collaboration:
a. Partner with developers to integrate growth-related functionalities like push notifications, in-app messaging, and gamification.
4. User-centric growth tactics:
a. Implement experiments to test and validate growth hypotheses.
b. Personalize onboarding flows and improve user experiences to boost conversion rates.
Note:
1. Working days: Monday to Saturday.
2. Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
3. Work from the office: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
4. Work from home: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
5. Having a laptop is mandatory.
