Trade Brains is hiring a growth marketer intern. The duration of this digital marketing internship in Bangalore is 3 months.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Growth strategy & execution: Assist in planning and executing growth marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement
2. Performance marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive lead generation
3. Email & WhatsApp marketing: Create and optimize automated email and WhatsApp sequences for customer onboarding, retention, and upselling
4. Social media & community growth: Contribute to social media marketing efforts by engaging with the trading community, running contests, and leveraging influencer partnerships
5. Analytics & optimization: Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI
6. Partnerships & collaborations: Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and industry experts to enhance brand reach

1. The candidate should be able to work in office (Tuesday-Saturday)
2. Candidates who have done digital marketing courses will be given preference
3. The candidate should be available for 3 months
4. 0-1 year of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in Fin-EdTech, EdTech, or FinTech)
5. Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
6. Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading, or investing (not mandatory)
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
