As a GTM intern at Revspot, you'll play a critical role in our go-to-market strategy, working closely with the G-Team to drive customer success and growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be on customer calls to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align solutions accordingly to ensure client satisfaction
2. Quickly draft and customize proposals tailored to each customer's needs, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements to drive conversions
3. Conduct thorough customer research before G-Team meetings and send detailed call notes to the team for strategic discussions to prepare effectively
4. Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring smooth customer transitions from sales to delivery to improve the customer experience
5. Understand specific data needs for use cases such as performance marketing, outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn targeting, or sales enrichment to facilitate accurate data collection
6. Collaborate with internal data teams to prepare and deliver data accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
7. Ensure continuous customer success by monitoring delivered data and coordinating data refreshes to optimize performance and maintain satisfaction
