As a Guest Relation Associate Intern at Zivaya Wellness Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talk to customers to understand their current processes and gather requirements
2. Customize the Visdum product to meet the specific needs of the customers
3. Determine the data needed from different departments on the customer's side
4. Create timelines for implementing the product and keep customers updated
5. Set up the product for customers and create sales compensation plans for different roles in sales according to the customer s comp plan structures
6. Help customers with getting started and train their administrators and payees
7. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
8. Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly
9. Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met during their stay
10. Coordinate with various departments to address guest concerns and resolve any issues
11. Provide information about our services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
12. Uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times
13. Assist in organizing events and activities to engage guests and promote customer satisfaction
