1. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, bioengineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of laminar air flow systems, particularly in laboratory or cleanroom environments.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, fluid dynamics, and air filtration technologies.
4. Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling purposes. ( Ansys and Solidworks ( OR Parallels))
5. Experience with project management methodologies and tools for tracking progress and managing deliverables.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Prior experience working in plant tissue culture or biotechnology is a plus.
