The research manager - recruitment, would be an active member of the knowledge management & research team providing optimal client solutions through in-depth market intelligence, industry & talent research. This would include a balance between speed of delivery and knowledge enhancement. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and should be proactive and organized. He/She should be energetic and enthusiastic to learn the workings of our company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on primary research - scoping out relevant candidate profiles from various job portals
2. Working on secondary research - calling companies to collate intricate details and information on the candidate of interest
3. Handling and participating in the company's Internal Projects such as internal data saving and management on cloud and server, making excel research sheets and PowerPoint presentations, info profiling of companies of interest, etc.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
