About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality resolution
2. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
3. Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims
