About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and travel nurses.
2. Support the review of resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
3. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
5. Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and best recruitment practices, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
2. Demonstrate a strong interest in recruitment and the US healthcare industry.
3. Exhibit excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
4. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges.
