About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling inbound & outbound calls related to incidents raised by clients w.r.t. ATM down issues
2. Coordinating through calls with field teams, client help desk/service engineers
3. Ensuring timely dispatch & follow-ups along with updating remarks on the internal/client ticketing system
4. Working on drive field custodians & internal teams to achieve resolution targets to minimize downtime of ATMs (machines)
5. Ensuring tickets have been closed within TAT
6. Having the ability to route escalations to the appropriate authorities
7. Working in cross-functional teams to achieve targets with a collaborative approach

Other requirements

1. HSC/Graduate from any background

2. Good communication skills - speak: Hindi, English & Marathi, Write: English

3. Basic computer knowledge, Typing speed of min 30 WPM

4. Good email etiquette, basic knowledge of MS Outlook & Excel

5. Should be adaptable to work in teams

6. Should be adaptable to work in shifts (7 AM to 8 PM coverage)
