We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our reservations team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservations and guest services. You will work closely with our reservations manager to support daily operations and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the reservation management: Support the reservations manager in handling and managing guest reservations across various booking platforms.
2. Guest communication: Assist in responding to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
3. Data entry and documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, payments, and communications within our Property Management System (PMS).
4. Pre-arrival preparation: Help prepare and send pre-arrival information, including check-in instructions and property details.
5. Customer service support: Provide assistance to in-house guests with their needs, such as WiFi troubleshooting, and address any issues that may arise during their stay.
6. Post-stay follow-up: Participate in post-stay follow-ups to encourage guest feedback and reviews.
7. Team collaboration: Work closely with the reservations manager and other team members to identify opportunities for improving guest experiences.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per sale).
