About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing daily hostel operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs and cafe operations
2. Utilize Google Workspace to track and analyze key performance metrics
3. Communicate effectively with guests to address any issues or concerns
4. Driving hostel experiences, culture and community
5. Collaborate with the operations team to implement new strategies for improved efficiency
6. Participate in staff training sessions to enhance your knowledge of hostel management
7. Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the hostel
