Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
2. Assist in managing expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives to optimize the budget.
3. Help implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Prepare work schedules to ensure timely and organized daily operations.
5. Maintain accurate and organized medical and employee records.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
7. Provide training to new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
8. Ensure timely ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies to avoid shortages.
9. Address and resolve queries from doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff promptly.
10. Assist in resolving potential issues with patients, ensuring their concerns are handled professionally.
11. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
