About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and pricing the menu to ensure optimal offerings.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality ingredients for the kitchen.
3. Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are presented attractively and consistently.
4. Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth, efficient operations during service.
5. Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
6. Handle customer feedback promptly, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues.
7. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.
