About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct regular inspections of office and accommodation premises to identify maintenance needs.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing office furniture and addressing plumbing issues.
3. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
4. Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders as necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Respond to urgent maintenance calls and resolve issues promptly.
7. Assist in setting up spaces for meetings and rearranging furniture as required.
8. Maintain the cleanliness of external property areas such as parking lots and walkways.
9. Document maintenance processes and keep records of repairs and fixes.
10. Support the facilities manager in implementing office improvement projects.


1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in office maintenance or a similar role.
3. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment.
8. Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
