Hospitality (Operations) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Being willing to work in restaurants and cafes
2. Purchasing from the market as & when required for new cafe setups
3. Organizing, preparing & delivering the party orders at the outlets, in coordination with the outlet team
4. Understanding, working & managing the projects and operations of all brands
5. Participating in sales promotions and events for the company as & when required
6. Understanding and preparing the standardized recipes of our brands
7. Ensuring the standardized recipes are followed at all our brands
8. Managing MIS & reporting of daily work updates to immediate supervisors
9. Brainstorming and working to increase sales for all outlets and to boost business
