3. Communicate effectively with guests to address any issues or concerns.
4. Assist in creating visually appealing marketing campaigns using Canva.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to implement new strategies for improved efficiency.
6. Participate in staff training sessions to enhance your knowledge of hostel management.
7. Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the hostel.
