About the internship

Looking for chefs and kitchen crew. Freshers with a culinary background are encouraged to apply.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
2. Helping with menu planning and development
3. Participating in inventory management and ordering supplies
4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
5. Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
6. Learning and applying health and safety regulations in the kitchen
7. Assisting in training and supervising kitchen staff
